INDYCAR Teams Up with Parkside Cards for Exciting New Trading Card Series

As the anticipation builds for the upcoming 2024 INDYCAR season, fans have an extra reason to get excited. INDYCAR has announced a three-year partnership with Parkside Cards to create a brand-new series of trading cards. This exciting collaboration is set to launch on March 1 and promises to offer fans an engaging experience with collectibles, contests, and giveaways.

The INDYCAR Collection by Parkside will be available to fans both at race events and online, as well as in retail stores. Parkside Cards aims to captivate fans through a variety of initiatives. Among the highlights are redemption cards that offer the chance to win signed memorabilia and a contest with a grand prize trip to the legendary Indy 500.

Parkside Cards, known for creating card collections for the US Women’s National Soccer Team and the National Women’s Soccer League, is expanding its horizons with this partnership in the world of motorsport. INDYCAR Collection Hobby boxes, priced at $88.99 plus shipping, will contain 20 packs with eight cards each, guaranteeing two autographed cards per box. In addition, retail hanger packs will feature 25 cards, with an autographed card included in every 18th pack.

One of the unique offerings in this collection is the inclusion of relic cards containing actual pieces of brick from the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This not only adds a touch of racing history to fans’ collections but also provides a tangible connection to the sport. The base set consists of 162 cards, complemented by a 72-card Marquee Moments insert set, along with other thematic inserts like Race Events, Pit Pass, and Indy NXT. Autographs from 27 different drivers will be available, with special Blue, Black, and 1/1 Gold parallels adding to the collectability of the series.

Mark Miles, President and CEO of Penske Entertainment Corp., couldn’t contain his excitement about this partnership. He recognizes trading cards as an important way for fans to connect with their favorite sport and its stars. Miles expects that the new INDYCAR card series will provide fans with a dynamic and interactive way to engage with the personalities and talents that make INDYCAR racing so thrilling.

Pre-sales for the 2024 INDYCAR boxes have already begun, with the racing season scheduled to kick off in St. Petersburg, FL, on March 10. This collaboration between INDYCAR and Parkside Cards brings a fresh and interactive element to the world of racing. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or a passionate collector, the new INDYCAR trading card series is sure to ignite your love for the sport and offer a unique way to celebrate the excitement of INDYCAR racing.
