Fanatics Collect Unveils New Buy Now Marketplace

Fanatics Collect is making waves in the collector community with the unveiling of its new Buy Now marketplace. The platform’s latest feature offers a refreshing take on selling collectibles, complete with simplified fees designed to empower sellers and streamline transactions for collectors.

The highlight of this exciting update is the revamped fee structure. Sellers can now enjoy a 6% fee for listings sold for less than $120, marking a significant departure from the previous 20% buyer’s premium and bonus commission fees. This change aims to maximize earnings for sellers, making it one of the most competitive rates in the industry.

For sellers, the transition to the new fee structure means more money in their pockets. They can now earn up to 94% of the listing price on sales under $119.99, a considerable increase from the previous maximum of 85%. This adjustment is sure to delight sellers, as they can benefit from higher earnings without the need to adjust their prices manually.

The revamped Buy Now marketplace also addresses key feedback from collectors and sellers, focusing on improving discoverability, reducing listing times, and simplifying fees. By eliminating the 20% buyer’s premium and bonus commission, Fanatics Collect encourages sellers to offer competitively priced listings, enriching the options available to buyers.

To maintain a fair and competitive marketplace, listings priced more than 20% above fair market value will incur a 15% seller’s fee instead of the standard 6%. Moreover, the removal of the $3 minimum fee for Buy Now sales allows sellers to list items starting from as little as 50 cents, catering to a wider range of collectibles.

In addition to the financial incentives, the new Buy Now marketplace facilitates faster transactions. Collectors can now purchase items through the Fanatics Collect app with immediate payment, enabling sellers to receive their earnings promptly and buyers to enhance their collections without delay.

Sellers who prefer not to operate under the new fee structure have the flexibility to delist their items at any time. Support is readily available from sales representatives or the Collector Experience team for those who require assistance during the transition.

The debut of the Buy Now marketplace is a pivotal moment in the Fanatics Collect launch strategy, dedicated to enriching the buying and selling experience for all collectors. Whether you’re a seasoned seller or a passionate collector, exploring the new marketplace promises a seamless and rewarding experience. Embrace the simplified fees, faster transactions, and enhanced discoverability to maximize your earnings on every sale – dive into the new Fanatics Collect Buy Now marketplace today!
